Amikihia Knits - Roa Cardigan
Roa is worked top down, shaping the raglan before separating off the sleeves. All the raglan increases are shown in size specific charts to make working the increases easier. The body, then pockets and hem are worked before either bishop sleeves or tapered (fitted) sleeves are worked, then the lace detail added. The cuffs are worked in rib then finally, the lace band is knitted in all the way round the garment.

Fitting recommendations
Roa is intended to be worn with 1 – 4” / 2.5 – 10 cm of ease around the bust and 2- 5” / 5 – 12.5 cm ease in the upper arm. To work out which size to knit, take your actual bust measurement then knit the next size up from this, which will then give you the recommended ease. For example, if your actual bust circumference is 40” / 101 cm you would knit the 43” / 109 cm size garment which would give you 3” / 7.5 cm of ease in the bust and 4” / 10 cm in the upper arm.
